Subscription Pass Usage Guide

Thank you for your interest in three new content subscription passes (Basic/Standard/Premium) that were introduced last month. The ‘Premium’ pass, which grants unlimited access to all movies, videos, and webtoons provided by KOK for 30 days while also giving 1000% mileage, was particularly loved by many members.

Many people left questions and opinions in the post-purchase satisfaction survey conducted during the launch. We have reviewed all the responses and prepared below a Q&A feed to explain the subscription passes in more detail:

Q1. I already purchased a premium subscription pass but am being charged again to view content.

A1. The premium pass allows for unlimited use of all contents. If the payment window still appears after you have purchased it, please take a screen recording of the payment screen you see + the pass purchase confirmation and inquire to the CS center. However, please make sure to check the following 2 points before inquiring to the CS center:

Check that you have purchased a Premium Pass. Additional payment may be required for Basic or Standard passes.

Please note that the content price is still individually marked even for those who have purchased a premium pass. However, you will not be charged additionally to use the content as you have already purchased the pass. If you are asked to pay at the time of viewing, please follow the steps in A1.

Q2. I want to change my pass-type before the expiration date.

A2. Unfortunately, passes cannot be exchanged after purchase. You must wait until the pass has expired and then purchase a new one. Please double check the pass you wish to purchase before completing payment.

Q3. I want more content.

A3. KOK is continuously signing contracts to be able to provide our members with various contents. Please stay tuned as movies and dramas are being periodically updated this month, and we are constantly working on improving the quality and quantity of our content.

Q4. I’d like to auto-pay for my subscription passes.

A4. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an auto-pay option at the moment due to Google Play Store’s cryptocurrency operation policies.

Q5. I want to search for specific content.

A5. A new search function has been added with the V3 update. Click the magnifying glass in the content tab to search for the content you are looking for!

Q6. I want to purchase content individually.

A6. You may still purchase and view individual contents without purchasing a subscription pass. However, please note that certain contents are “Subscription Pass” exclusive.
